RMClock: upgrade to version 1.3

The RMClock utility has been updated
to monitor the frequency and load level of the processor in real time and change
multiplier (FID) and supply voltage level (VID) of supported CPU models
“on the fly” through Model-Specific Registers (MSRs) that control
power saving mode.

Compared to the previous version in RMClock 1.3, the following changes have appeared:

  • New advanced design of the user interface of the program.
  • Graphical monitoring of processor frequency and load, FID / VID values ​​with
