Micron: announcement of SOC (system-on-a-chip) on MT9D111

Micron has announced the release of the SOC system
(system-on-a-chip) based on MT9D111 chip with 2 megapixel sensor,
low power consumption
and a new generation image processing system DigitalClarity.
