CeBIT 2021: Cisco Systems Demonstrates Intelligent Information Network Concept

At CeBIT 2021, which takes place from 10 to 16 March 2021 in Hanover, Cisco Systems will demonstrate the development of the Intelligent Information Network (IIN) concept. This technological concept covers three stages in the evolution of network infrastructure: the first ? intelligent transmission of data, voice and video over a network system, the second ? virtualization of network resources and third ? application-aware networks and services. Also at CeBIT 2021, Cisco will unveil the next round of smart network storage innovations, including new hardware and software that allows customers to increase flexibility while lowering IT infrastructure costs.

New developments include the development of the Cisco Business Ready Data Center architecture, which implements an integrated and systematic approach to organizing the work of modern data centers. By offering common solutions for external data networks and internal storage networks, combined with a set of intelligent services, Cisco is creating a scalable structure that can significantly reduce the ongoing costs of customers.

These integrated datacenter services include virtualization, advanced security, and traffic management services that collectively provide increased administrative efficiency and optimal utilization of compute, network, and storage resources.
“This year Cisco will showcase products and technologies that bring our Intelligent Networking vision to life, ? says Nick Earle, VP of Marketing, Planning and Operations, Cisco Systems EMEA. ? As we continue to drive this business forward, we are helping organizations move from smart data communications to integrated services that can support enterprise growth while lowering operating costs. “.

Cisco will illustrate the Intelligent Network concept with innovations in IP communications, network security, wireless LAN, routing and switching, and Cisco Linksys Division achievements.
CeBIT 2021 to Showcase Guinness World Record Cisco Carrier Routing System (CRS-1) Router with the World’s Highest Throughput of 92 Tbps. Service Providers Can Learn More About Cisco’s IP Next Generation Network (IP-NGN) Platform and Broadband Aggregation Solutions.

The Cisco Technology Showcase for Service Providers will focus on how service providers can benefit from converged networks, services, and applications over IP-NGN, while lowering operating costs and generating new revenue streams in the form of innovative, profitable services. Communications service providers around the world are already deploying Cisco IP Next Generation Network technologies to leverage the growing demand for triple-play (voice, video and data) services over broadband and managed IT and communications services.

Cisco Redesigns Field-to-Field Call Routing with a Suite of Integrated Routing Services Also Showcasing at the Cisco Booth. By combining call handling, voicemail, automated service, hardware accelerated encryption, and VPN concentration along with data in one integrated device, Cisco will demonstrate how highly secure voice, data, and video services can run concurrently without sacrificing performance.

Cisco will also showcase a suite of security products that intelligently protects servers and workstations. These products work together on the Cisco Self-Defending Network platform using Cisco Adaptive Threat Defense (ATD) technology to automatically detect and prevent attacks using Cisco Traffic Anomaly Detectors and Guards.
In addition, Cisco will exhibit the following high-performance platforms.

  • IP end-to-end communication. The current highly secure communication rich-media solution for enterprises, subsidiaries and home offices, as well as providers of VoIP solutions for individuals and organizations. The combination of voice and video IP telephony, unified communications and IP contact center solutions, computer telephony integration (CTI) tools, and audio / web conferencing with Cisco MeetingPlace technology provides a fully integrated telecommunications solution
  • Mobile services of the future. ? Cisco will demonstrate Structured Wireless-Aware Network (SWAN) technology to show companies how they can leverage all of the services available on their LANs on their wireless networks. The presentation will also consider an integrated SWAN approach with access nodes, control and protection servers, WLAN endpoints and infrastructure components. In addition, on the example of a current system, the capabilities of wireless infrastructure management using WLSE (Wireless-LAN Solution Engine) will be shown
  • Customized solutions for small and medium businesses. ? Cisco Business Partners will exhibit their own customized solutions for small businesses. In particular, wireless local area networks, means for protecting networks, IP telephony, as well as routers and switches will be demonstrated
  • home network. ? An important part of the Cisco exposition will be the “home of the future” equipped with a wireless network. Cisco Linksys Division will showcase Wireless and Voice-over-IP products for individuals, home offices, and small corporate divisions. Among the new products ?wireless routers with powerful data transmission technologies, new VoIP products, wireless storage solutions and multimedia products
