They’ll save-time and there will be account “services”. “But it’s never OK for players to buy a game and not be able to enjoy what they paid for without additional purchases,” stressed O’Brien, “and it’s never OK for players who spend money to have an unfair advantage over players who spend time.”.

World memory market: no mass purchases recorded before Asian holidays

Over the past day, in a number of regions, exchanges reported an increase in the number of
deals with DDR333 and DDR400 SDRAM chips, judging by the results of today’s
trades, the highest demand is noted on the Hong Kong stock exchanges – the price is 256 Mbit (32×8)
components increased by 0.53% ? up to $ 3.82, the price of the remaining markers
unchanged (DDR400 SDRAM – $ 4.02, DDR266 SDRAM – $ 3.66), in
while the modules continue to fall in price (positions are the same – the original 256
and 512 MB DDR333 / 400 SDRAM DIMM), as the demand for them remains low.

According to the largest Taiwanese exchange, DRAMeXchange, the most interesting
buyers in the region are 256 Mbit (32×8 and 16×16) DDR400 components
SDRAM, whose price rose by 0.02 and 0.05% ? up to 4.07 and 3.77 dollars, respectively.
Such a minimal price change speaks more likely not so much of an increase in demand as
about a small number of transactions carried out with these positions, so that you can
suggest that the rise in prices here is not a trend, but rather regional
hesitation. According to the exchange price of tokens, 256 Mbit (32×8) DDR266 / 333/400 components
SDRAM is $ 3.71 / 3.84 and $ 4.07, with changes in recent trading
?0.02 / -0.05 / + 0.02%, which also confirms the fact of low demand for memory in the region,
that is, we can say that the price is relatively stable. Large New Year’s
purchases of memory in the Asian region at the last auction were not recorded.

The NAND flash sector has the highest demand for 2 Gbps components – despite
its growth, supplies remain low, resulting in stability and growth
prices. Demand for 1 and 4 Gbps components has decreased – some buyers believe,
that next week there will be a delivery of a large batch of memory chips
of this type of indicated densities, therefore they prefer to wait.

I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the exchange has started publishing sales results
DDR2 SDRAM components: 512 Mbit (64×8) DDR2 400/533 SDRAM, 256 Mbit (32×8)
DDR2 400/533 SDRAM, but so far only prices are known, which remain unchanged:
$ 10.80 / 11.15 and $ 4.95 / 5.51.

According to exchange observers, despite the fact that Chinese traders have dropped
a large number of microcircuits to the spot market, DRAM manufacturers have so far abstained
from similar steps. As a result, prices on a number of exchanges, as noted above, remain
stable.
