According to wired.com Professor Theodore
Berger (Theodore W. Berger from the University of South Carolina, USA, created a microchip,
able to help a living organism, or rather its brain, preserve memories.
Long-term memories. This chip works on principles similar to how
those areas of the brain that are responsible for creating memories. When
